2022 COLUMBUS REALTORS® INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR

Carol is passionate about teaching recent real estate graduates as well as seasoned agents the fundamentals of owning and operating an independent real estate business. 

 

New agents, once they have successfully passed their state exam, are especially excited about this program. Carol has taught hundreds of students both "the practical side and business side of real estate" to enable them to be fully confident before joining a brokerage. 

 

More seasoned agents love the TIME MANAGEMENT and BUSINESS PLANNING classes.  

Carol was a practicing Realtor® in both Ohio and North Carolina for more than 2 decades. She was also named the 2022 Columbus Realtors Instructor of the Year.  She chose to place her license on an inactive status in order to commit to full time training and coaching.

Carol’s classes are interesting, informative, and interactive.  She can train on all aspects of real estate business development, policies and procedures, contracts, marketing concepts, and lead generation etc.  She will also design customized programs for specific brokerage needs. 

Her highly sought after menu of classes covers a wide spectrum of offerings including Core Law, Ethics, and Civil Rights.  The newly added Lockbox class on Use, Abuse and Penalties is getting rave reviews.
