Carol is passionate about teaching recent real estate graduates as well as seasoned agents the fundamentals of owning and operating an independent real estate business.   

 

New agents, once they have successfully passed their state exam, are especially excited about this program. Carol has taught hundreds of students both "the practical side and business side of real estate" to enable them to be fully confident before joining a brokerage.  More seasoned agents love the TIME MANAGEMENT and BUSINESS PLANNING classes.  Her classes are informative, fun, and interactive and designed to provide useful information to both newer and seasoned agents.

Carol is licensed in both Ohio and North Carolina and has over 2 decades of experience as a Realtor®.  Carol is the Director of Productivity Training for Keller Williams Capital Partners in Worthington, OH.

Carol can train on all aspects of real estate business development, policies, and procedures, marketing concepts, etc.
